ISLAMABAD – The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced the launch of additional residential plots in Margalla Enclave, located in Sector C-14. This decision comes in response to overwhelming demand following a recent balloting for the area, where the CDA received an unprecedented number of applications

Unprecedented Demand for Plots in Margalla Enclave

Margalla Enclave is a joint venture between the CDA and the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), situated along Park Road with easy access to Islamabad’s key areas. The recent balloting saw 1,700 applications for just 236 available plots, each measuring 500 square yards, showcasing the strong demand for housing in this prime location.

 

Expanded Range of Residential Plot Sizes

In light of the overwhelming demand, the CDA has decided to offer a broader variety of plot sizes, including five marlas, 10 marlas, and 500 square yards. These new plots will be part of the Margalla Enclave development, which is set to become one of the most desirable residential areas in Islamabad.

 

Flexible Payment Plans for Wider Accessibility

To make these plots more accessible, the CDA is offering flexible payment plans with options of one, two, or three years. This initiative aims to accommodate different financial capacities and provide a more affordable pathway for potential buyers to secure their investments.

 

CDA’s Commitment to Urban Development

CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa expressed that the expansion of Margalla Enclave marks a significant step in Islamabad’s urban growth. He stated, “This project will serve as a benchmark for future residential developments in the capital, contributing to the city’s growth and modernization.”

 

Timely Possession and Modern Infrastructure

The development in Sector C-14 is progressing on schedule, with the CDA ensuring that buyers will receive possession of their plots within 10 months of receiving a letter of intimation, after the final installment is cleared. Margalla Enclave will offer modern infrastructure, state-of-the-art utilities, ample green spaces, and environmentally sustainable living practices, making it an attractive choice for both investors and homeowners.

 

Encouraging Buyers to Confirm Allocations

The CDA has urged potential buyers to confirm their plot allocations and submit their first installment to secure their investments in this promising residential development. The expansion of Margalla Enclave builds on the success of Sector C-14, which saw a high level of interest in the recent plot balloting.
